PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Daley Center invites all Contractors to bid on the Richard J. Daley Center 18th Floor Docket Room and LL & 25th Floor Accessibility Project.

The Richard J. Daley Center is located at 50 W. Washington St, Chicago, IL 60602.

Richard J. Daley Center 18th Floor Docket Room and LL & 25th Floor Accessibility Project Overview:

1. 18th Floor Docket Room Project – Scope Includes: 
   1. Selective demolition, limited to furniture, few electrical devices, and floor finishes as indicated.
   2. Construction of interior knee wall partition raised platform with ramp, electrical power and data upgrades, and owner-furnished contractor.
   3. Installed furniture.
2. LL & 25th Floor Accessibility Project – Scope Includes:
   1. Selective demolition of existing door hardware and restroom accessories.
   2. Relocation of existing judge desks along with associated power and data terminations
   3. Installation of new door hardware and access control as requested by tenant.
   4. Installation of grab bars, accessories, and sink support as requested by tenant.
