PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Daley Center invites all Contractors to bid on the Richard J. Daley Center Landscaping Opportunity.
SCOPE OF WORK OVERVIEW
This proposal provides for the maintenance, care, and housekeeping of all exterior landscaped areas, but specifically excludes paved areas, lights, signs, fences, and irrigation systems. The type of maintenance, care and housekeeping is defined in the full scope of work document and is designed to promote healthy growth and create the landscape environment specified.
All work to be done between 5am and 9am.
This is a large downtown plaza.
All plant material installed to meet size and quantity specifications described in the full scope of work document and are of the best quality. Failure to provide any of the requested documentation will be considered an incomplete bid.
PERIOD OF COVERAGE:
This proposal shall provide for maintenance and flower installation services during the season, approximately Late March through November 30.
