PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Daley Center invites all Contractors to bid on the Richard J. Daley Center Elevator Inspection Service Opportunity.
SCOPE OF WORK

- Inspectors are State licensed, QEI certified, bringing experienced expertise directly from the elevator industry.
- An Account Manager, proficient with the AIC program will be assigned to the property offering “One Point of Contact” for scheduling, billing, code information and assistance with AIC issues.
- All inspections will be performed in accordance with ANSI A17.1 standards by an Illinois licensed Q.E.I certified inspector. Conducted inspections will comply with the City of Chicago AIC program, the City of Chicago Municipal Code Section 13-20-100 and with codes adopted by AMSE.
- A copy of the inspection report will be left at location and a second copy mailed with the invoice.
RE-INSPECTION
A State of Illinois required, thirty (30) day re-inspection is scheduled for each unit reported as “failed” during the initial inspection.
